This is a Monday - Friday, 40-hourposition with rotating on-call.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests.
- Maintain records.
- Adhere to safety guidelines.
- Fulfill other assigned duties and tasks.
- 2 years' maintenance experience.
- Mechanical skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in hand tools.
- Carpentry, painting, wall repair skills.
- Able to work independently and in teams, prioritize tasks, manage projects safely.
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.
